The Next Generation

OBJECTIVES

The future

It is the company's aim to continue increasing its recycling figures. This may be done by looking at the recycling of glass and plastic. Care however will need to be taken as markets are so far from the `Llyn Peninsula`, transport costs may make such a venture uneconomical. As clientele has increased due to continued commitment to recycling, local employment has been, can be and will be created.

Customer base

The company now has an expanding customer base which includes large and small companies as well as a significant number of private customers.

Aims & objectives

It is the company’s aim to offer a high quality service at a competitive rate through the efficient use of recycling. The above developments as well as on-going investment take the company one step further towards this goal.

The local community is very important to the Company and I would like to raise the profile of recycling in Gwynedd. We already do evening visits to the yard by local groups i.e Womens Institute, Merched y Wawr and Gentlemen’s groups.

We foresee a strong role in targeting local schools and feeding into the curriculum by offering site visits to emphasize the importance of recycling. By early 2007 it is hoped that our new viewing area will be completed when small visiting parties can be welcomed during working hours.
